Records & Archive Storage

Your office space is too expensive to be an archive

We collect archive boxes from your office or storeroom, give each one a unique code, and shelve it in a dedicated, monitored records warehouse with fire protection and climate control. When you need a file, you request it and it comes back to you.

The problem

Why companies need this service

An in-house archive occupies space you pay rent on every month, and it piles up in rooms where nobody knows exactly what is inside.

When a document is needed for a tax review, a lawsuit or an audit, the search starts from zero and pulls people away from their real work.

How it's done

How we deliver Records & Archive Storage

  1. Survey and count

We assess the number of boxes, their condition, the document types, and the retention periods set by your policy.

  2. Packing and collection

Loose files go into standard archive boxes where needed, and we sign a receipt listing every box and its code.

  3. Coding and registration

Each box receives a unique code linked to the department, period and a description of its contents.

  4. Shelving

Each box is placed in a specific shelf location, recorded against its code.

  5. Retrieval on request

Your authorised staff request a box or a file, and we deliver it against a signed handover note.

What you receive

  • A full inventory of every box, its code and its location
  • A signed receipt for every movement in or out
  • A detailed monthly invoice based on boxes stored and services used
  • New boxes added on a regular schedule as your archive grows

Service questions

What clients ask about Records & Archive Storage

How is storage priced?

Storage is charged per box per month. Retrieval, transport and indexing are priced separately by volume, so you pay only for what you actually use.

Who can request a file from the archive?

Only the people your company names in writing. Requests from anyone outside that list are not processed.

Can we take the whole archive back if we end the contract?

Yes. The contract sets out how and when the archive is returned, and it is handed back matched against the inventory.

Tell us the size of your archive, and we'll reply with clear next steps

Approximate box count, where the boxes are, and the document types. That's all we need to start. We'll reply with any missing questions or a survey appointment.
